A Son is Given…

“It’s too early to decorate for Christmas. People just need to enjoy the holidays as they come,” the cashier commented.

I smiled politely, thinking, this lady has no idea with whom she is sharing her opinion.

No, seriously, I’m one of those.

“Impossible”

The image of my awkward stair encounters come to mind when I think about exercising faith in God.

Faith, that He will make a way out of an impossible situation.

Faith, that He will heal the brokenness.

Faith, that He alone is in control.

I can’t see the next step, therefore, it must not exist.

After nearly an hour taking in the surrounding beauty, our crew began heading back to the car. The children ran off course as they noticed a section of the park we had yet to explore. Trailing slowly behind, I caught a glimpse of what had captured their attention. The image stopped me in my tracks. How could I have missed this when we entered the park?
