Look Up

On the first day of our vacation, I was utterly captivated by the beauty that surrounded me. The vibrant colors and the calm of the crystal blue ocean entertained us for hours. As I encountered new sea creatures, my squeals of excitement echoed through my snorkel tube. My husband and mother-in-law still chuckle about my reaction, that could easily be heard from where they stood on the shoreline.

“A Thrill of HOPE”

After nearly an hour taking in the surrounding beauty, our crew began heading back to the car. The children ran off course as they noticed a section of the park we had yet to explore. Trailing slowly behind, I caught a glimpse of what had captured their attention. The image stopped me in my tracks. How could I have missed this when we entered the park?

“Knowledge is Power…”

My wiring is such that when given data, I can tune out the world on my quest to obtain better understanding of a specific topic.

What if perhaps, the situations I encounter don’t make sense? How do I account for information with which there is not a way to research a logical outcome?
